Chemical seasoning nonuse Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish

I filled the small sack with the raw materials of professional specifications

A specialty of San-in firing chin, dried bonito (bonito wild gnarl, a book become refined a knob) died and used a dried mackerel, Rishiri kombu, the incense sincerity shiitake luxuriously and blended it at us's original ratio. I do not use a chemical seasoning to value material original taste. Translucent refined soup stock enhances the taste of ingredients.

How to get good soup stock

❶It is in the pan which I filled with water and puts one bag of pack and puts it on the fire.
➋I make medium fire if it boils and boil it to bring out the flavor for 3-4 minutes.

Indication of the use

Is in water 400㎖; and pack one bag ... stewed dishes, chawanmushi, side, udon, the sky soup.
Is in water 600㎖; and pack one bag ... oden, a hot pot, soup.
Is in water 800㎖; and pack one bag ... miso soup (as for the miso in a bit).
※Please adjust the seasoning to preference.
 
[I tear a pack and use it]
I tear a soup stock pack, and the contents are usable as seasoning, too.
Fried vegetables, fried rice, yakisoba, okonomiyaki, the vegetables lightly pickled in salt of vegetables.
 
[I use it for takikomi gohan]
Boil rice 1 go to bring out the flavor; one bag of pack.
(even if I tear a pack and put the contents, as the pack, I OK it!)

Preservation method
You avoid direct rays of the sun, a high temperature and humid place, and please save it at normal temperature.
●You close a zipper by all means so that moisture does not enter after the opening and save it in a refrigerator, and please use it early if possible.
●You tear a soup stock pack, and, in the case of the use, please be careful as you may be rarely contaminated with a small bone.
