Japanese-style dip with Agodashi

■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…1 bag
■ Firm tofu…50g
■ Cream cheese…50g
■ White sesame seeds…1 tsp
[How to make]
① Wrap firm tofu in kitchen paper and heat in microwave (600W) for 30 seconds to drain water. Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
② Mix the contents of the Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish with ① in a mortar, and finally add white sesame as a topping.
