Agodashi yellowtail shabu
[Ingredients (2 serving(s)]
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…1 bag
■ Konbu … 5 cm × 10 cm
■Water…800-1,000mL
■ Yellowtail ... 1 block
■ Vegetables of your choice
Daikon radish…10 cm (use a peeler for thin slices)
Carrots…10 cm (thinly cut with a peeler)
Enoki mushrooms…1 bag
Mizuna…1/4 bag (10cm)
Green onion…1 piece (thinly sliced diagonally)
■Tofu…1/2 piece
■ Condiments of your choice (ponzu sauce, green onions, yuzu citrus, grated radish, etc.)
[How to make]
① Put water and kombu back into the pot.
② Slice yellowtail thinly. Prepare your favorite vegetables and tofu.
③ Add Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish to ① and put it on fire. Just before it boils, reduce the heat to low and start yellowtail shabu-shabu.
