■Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (inside)…1/2 pieces
■ Mirin, sake... 2 tablespoons
■ Potato starch…as appropriate
■ Frying oil…appropriate amount
[How to make]
①Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, place them in a plastic bag, add the contents of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, mirin, and sake, and stir for 10 minutes to blend the flavors.
