Bonito Rice

■ Rice…2 go
■ Water ... 2 cups
■ Bonito…200g
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…2 bag
■ Boiled eggs ... 2
■ Sake…2 tbsp
■Shredded ginger…2 tablespoons
■ Pepper leaves...as appropriate
[How to make]
①Put rice in a rice cooker, sprinkle with sake, add 2 cups of water, top with Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, top with 2cm cubes of bonito, ginger, and boiled egg.
② When the rice is cooked, remove the dashi pack, crush the eggs, place in a mixing bowl, and garnish with sansho leaves.
