Boiled clams and peas
[Ingredients (2 serving(s)]
■ Clams…1 pack
■ Peas (peeled)…1/2 cup
■ Thin fried... 1 piece
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…1 bag
■ Sake…2 tbsp
■Water and potato starch…2 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of potato starch
■ Fine strips of leek ... 1/4
■Water…200mL
[How to make]
① Place the clams in a pot, sprinkle with sake and water, cover, steam with sake, and remove from the shells.
②Pour the juice from ①, 200mL of water, and Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish into a pot, bring to a boil, then add thin fried fish cut into 1cm pieces and peas and simmer until soft.
③ Return the clams from ① to ②, thicken with potato starch dissolved in water, and place in a bowl and garnish with gray green onions.
