■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents) … 1 bag(s)
■Pepper…a little
■Onion (medium)…1/4 piece
■ Egg ... 2
■ Kikurage mushrooms…3g (about 12 pieces)
■ Salad oil ... 1 tablespoon
[How to make]
① Cut the thinly sliced pork into bite-sized pieces and season with 1/2 bag of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish and pepper. Cut the onion into wedges.
② Break the eggs, add 1/2 bag of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish and mix well.
