Inari Sushi
[Materials (easy-to-make amount)]
■ Deep-fried tofu... 8 pieces
A Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…1 bags
A sugar ... 3 tbsp
A dark soy sauce ... 2 tbsp
A mirin…2 tbsp
A water…200mL
A sushi rice…2 cups
A White sesame seeds…1 tbsp
A Red ginger...as you like
[How to make]
① Place the fried tofu on a cutting board and use a chopstick to roll it around while pressing down on the top of the fried tofu. Cut the fried tofu in half, insert your finger through the cut end, and when it reaches the corner, drain the oil.
②Put A into a pot, bring to a boil, then add fried tofu from ① and simmer until the liquid is reduced.
③ Mix white sesame seeds into sushi rice. Stuff sushi rice into the fried tofu from ② and add pickled ginger if you like.
