Japanese-style potato soup
[Ingredients (4 serving(s)]
■Potatoes (medium)…3 pieces
■Water…400mL
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…2 bag
■Milk…500mL
■Potato starch dissolved in water (water/potato starch)…1 tbsp each
■ Chopped parsley ... as you like
■ Croutons ... as you like
[How to make]
① Peel the potatoes and cut them into appropriate sizes.
②Put water, Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, and potatoes from ① into a pot and heat. When the potatoes are soft, turn off the heat, remove the dashi pack, and mash the potatoes with a masher.
③ Add milk to ② and put it on the fire again.
Garnish with parsley croutons if desired.
