Fried Avocado and Meat Wraps

■ Avocado ... 2 pieces
■Pork belly...12 pieces (350g)
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents) … 1 bag(s)
■Pepper…a little
■ Wheat flour…Appropriate amount
■ Eggs…appropriate amount
■ Bread crumbs…appropriate amount
■ Frying oil…appropriate amount
■ Lemon ... as you like
[How to make]
① Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the seed and skin. Divide it vertically into 3rds.
②Wrap pork belly around the avocado from ① and sprinkle with the contents of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish and pepper.
③ Coat ② with flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs in that order, and fry in oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
④ Place on a plate, squeeze lemon if desired and enjoy♪
