■ Carrots ... 2 pieces
■ Boiled eggs ... 4
Mixed minced meat…80g
■ Light soy sauce…2 tablespoons
■ Sugar…2 tbsp
■ Sake…1 tbsp
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…2 bag
■Water…800mL
■ Salad oil ... 1 tablespoon
■ Radish leaves ... a little

[How to make]
① Peel the radish and carrots and cut into chunks.
②Heat the salad oil in a pot and stir-fry the minced meat. Add water, Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, ①, and boiled eggs to this. Once it boils, add sugar, light soy sauce, and sake, and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, covered, over medium heat. To finish, add thinly chopped radish leaves, bring to a boil, and serve in a bowl.
