Seafood Curry

■ Octopus ... 2 legs
■Squid...1
■ Shrimp … 8
■Scallops…8 pieces
■ Garlic (grated)…2 pieces
■White wine…2 tbsp
■Onion…1 pieces
■ Carrots ... 1/2 pieces
■Water…800mL
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…1 bag
■Curry roux (commercially available)...For 4 people
■Curry powder…as you like
■ Salad oil ... 1 tablespoon
■Rice...Appropriate amount
Garnishing...Boiled eggs, etc., as you like
[How to make]
① Slice the onion. Cut the carrots into chunks.
② Slice the octopus diagonally and cut the squid into round slices. Shell the shrimp.
③Heat the salad oil in a pot and fry the garlic. When the aroma comes out, add the scallops, ingredients from ②, and white wine and stir-fry. Once the ingredients are cooked, remove them from the pot.
④Put the ingredients from ① into the pot from ③ and stir-fry. Add water and Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish and simmer until the carrots are cooked through. Remove the bag of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish. Return the seafood from ③ to this and dissolve the curry roux. Enjoy over rice.
