Tomato and Bacon Soup
[Ingredients (4 serving(s)]
■ Tomatoes ... 1
■ White onion ... 1
■ Thick cut bacon…100g
■ Garlic (finely chopped)…1 piece
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…1 bag
■Water…600mL
■Pepper…a little
■ Salad oil ... 1 tablespoon
■ Chopped parsley ... as you like
[How to make]
① Boil the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Slice the white onion diagonally. Cut thick-cut bacon into 1 cm width.
② Heat salad oil in a pot, add garlic and fry. When the aroma comes out, stir-fry the ingredients from ①. When the white onions become soft, add Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish and water and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the pack of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish and sprinkle with pepper.
③ Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with parsley if you like.
