■Potatoes…4-5 pieces (550g)
■Onion…1/2 piece
■Corn…60g
Mixed minced meat…150g
■ Milk ... 3 tablespoons
■Bread crumbs…20g
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents) … 2 bag(s)
■ Salad oil ... 1 tablespoon
■ Chopped parsley...as desired

① Dry roast the bread crumbs in a frying pan until golden brown.
② Boil the potatoes, mash them while still hot, and mix with the milk.
③ Finely chop the onion. Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add minced meat, onion, corn, and contents of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, and stir-fry until minced meat is cooked through.
④ Mix the potatoes from ② with ③, place on a heat-resistant plate, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs from ①, and bake in an oven preheated to 200℃ for about 10 minutes. Finish by sprinkling with parsley if you like.
