■ Rice…2 go
■ Water…Slightly less than 2 cups
■ Firm tofu…1/2 block
■ Burdock … 10 cm
■ Carrots ... 1/3 pieces
■ Shiitake mushrooms ... 2
■ Deep-fried tofu... 1 pieces
■ Soy sauce… 1 teaspoon
■ Sugar…1 tsp
■ Sake… 1 teaspoon
■ Salad oil ... 1 tablespoon
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents) … 2 bag(s)
[How to make]
① Drain the firm tofu.
② Finely chop the carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and fried tofu. Cut the burdock root into small pieces.
③Put salad oil in a frying pan, heat it up, tear up the firm tofu and stir-fry. Add the ingredients from ②, soy sauce, sugar, and sake, and stir-fry briefly.
④Pour the rice, water, and the contents of ③Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish into a rice cooker and cook.
