Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish・Heisei shines

Ojingeosundae (stuffed steamed squid)
[Ingredients (4 squid)]
■Squid...4
■ Minced pork…80g
■ Garlic ... 20g
■ Vermicelli...40g
■ Tofu…50g
■ Garlic…1 piece
■ Flour (for sprinkling on squid)…appropriate amount
A Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents)…2 bags
A egg ... 1 piece
A Sesame oil ... 1 tbsp
A chili pepper ... as desired
A wheat flour ... 3 tbsp

[How to make]
① Grate the garlic. Chop the chives into 5 mm wide pieces. Boil the vermicelli and chop it into 5 mm wide pieces. Drain the tofu well.
② Remove the legs and cartilage from the squid and wash the body thoroughly. Finely chop the legs.
③Put the minced pork, legs from ① and ②, and ingredients from A into a bowl and stir well.
④ Sprinkle the inside of the body of the squid with flour, and stuff the ingredients from ③ up to the 80% full. Secure the entrance with a toothpick and steam in a steamer for 20 minutes.
⑤ Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy♪
