Vegetable Bouillon

Tomato soup
[Ingredients (2 serving(s)]
■ Mini tomatoes (tomatoes can also be used) ... 3 (1/2 for tomatoes)
■Potato…1/2 piece
■ Ham (bacon is also acceptable) ... 2 slices
■ Shimeji mushrooms…1/4 bunch
■ Garlic…1 clove
■Olive oil…appropriate amount
■Water…400mL
■ Vegetable Bouillon…1 and a half bags 
*The amount is just a guideline. Also, the vegetables used are one example. Please use your favorite vegetables.
 
[How to make]
① Finely chop the garlic, and cut the cherry tomatoes, potatoes, ham, and shimeji mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
②Heat the olive oil in a pot, add the garlic and fry until the garlic smells.
③ Add potatoes, ham, and shimeji mushrooms to ② and stir-fry.
④ Add water, cherry tomatoes, and Vegetable Bouillon to ③ and simmer until the ingredients are cooked through.
*If the tomatoes are hard, you can fry them with other vegetables.
*You can also sprinkle with powdered cheese or parsley if you like!
*When it's hot, put it in the refrigerator to make it cold.
