■ Mixed minced meat…200g
■ Tomatoes ... 2
■Onion…1 pieces 
■ Carrots ... 1/2 pieces
■ Garlic…1 clove 
■ Vegetable Bouillon…2 bag(s)
■Pepper…a little 
■ Sugar…1 tbsp
■ Tomato ketchup ... 1 tablespoon
■ Laurier ... 1 sheet (optional)

《Mashed Potatoes》
potato…4 individual 
■Salt and pepper…a little
■Milk…80mL 
■ Butter…10g

《Ingredients for topping》
■ Melting cheese…appropriate amount
■ Bread crumbs…appropriate amount
■ Chopped parsley ... a little
 
[How to make]
① Cut the eggplant into rounds, heat salad oil in a frying pan, and fry until both sides are cooked.
② Boil the potatoes until soft, drain the water, mash with a masher, add milk, salt, pepper, and butter and mix. *Completion of mashed potatoes
③ Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Finely chop the onion, carrot, and garlic.
④Put the ground meat, ③, Vegetable Bouillon, pepper, ketchup, sugar, and bay leaves in a frying pan and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. (It's OK when the water gets low and it's thick ♪ If you're in a hurry, you can also use canned or packaged cut tomatoes ♪)
⑤Place mashed potatoes, meat sauce, eggplant, melted cheese, and bread crumbs on a heat-resistant plate and bake in the oven or toaster until golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if you like and it's done! !
