Vegetable Bouillon

Green Salad
[Ingredients (2 serving(s)]
■ Green vegetables (rape blossoms in the photo) … 1 bunch
■ Vegetable Bouillon…1 bag(s)
■Coarsely ground black pepper…appropriate amount
■Olive oil…2 tablespoon
*The photo uses rape blossoms.
 Anything else is OK, such as komatsuna, broccoli, etc.
 
[How to make]
① Boil the greens, drain the water, and immediately sprinkle with Vegetable Bouillon and mix well.
②Place ① in a bowl, sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper and olive oil, and serve!
