Vegetable Bouillon

Onion Gratin Soup
[Ingredients (2 serving(s)]
■Onion…1 pieces
■ Garlic…1 clove
■ Salad oil ... 1 tablespoon
■ Vegetable Bouillon…1 bag(s)
■ Powdered cheese, parsley…appropriate amount
■Water…600mL
 
[How to make]
① Thinly slice the onion and garlic.
②Heat the salad oil in a pot, add the garlic from ① and when it smells fragrant, add the onions from ① and fry until golden brown.
③Add water and Vegetable Bouillon to ② and simmer for about 10 minutes.
④Put ③ into a bowl, sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley, and bake in a toaster oven until browned.
