《Dough》
■Strong flour…280g
■ Butter…50g
■Sugar…3 tablespoons (25g)
■Skim milk…2 tablespoons (12g)
■Salt…1 teaspoon (5g)
■Eggs…M size 1/2 (25g)
■Water…150mL
■Dry yeast…1 teaspoon (2g)

《Toppings》
■ Butter…40g
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents) … 1 bag(s)

[How to make](Use home bakery)
① Cut the butter for the topping into 8 long, thin pieces. Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish leaves the contents on a plate.
② Put the dough ingredients other than the dry yeast into the bread case of the home bakery, and put the dry yeast into the yeast container. Use the bread dough menu to do the first fermentation.
③ Once fermentation is complete, remove the dough from the home bakery, divide into 8 equal parts, roll into balls, cover with a cloth, and let rest for about 15 minutes.

⑥ Bake in a preheated 180℃ oven for 15 minutes.
