A bouillon that serves as the base for stewed dishes.
A mild-tasting Western-style bouillon made with six types of vegetables: onions, potatoes, broccoli, celery, carrots, and cabbage. The umami and sweetness of vegetables brings out the original taste of the ingredients. Just add it to the base of soups and stews, or to your regular dishes to create a delicious and gentle flavor.
Various usage
●Cup Soup: Dissolve 1 bag of Vegetable Bouillon in 350ml of hot water and top with parsley or croutons.
●Curry/stew/hayashi rice roux: for 5 to 6 servings, add 1 bag of Vegetable Bouillon before adding the roux and dissolve.
●Pilaf: Add 1 bag of Vegetable Bouillon to 1 cup of rice, and cook it with your favorite ingredients fried in butter.
●Hamburger: For 300g of minced meat, add 1 bag of Vegetable Bouillon and mix together well.
●Omelette・・・for 4-5 eggs, mix in 1 bag of Vegetable Bouillon well.
●Croquette/Potato Salad・・・Mix 6 bag of Vegetable Bouillon well with 1 potatoes.
★ In addition to this, you can sprinkle it on vegetable salads and stick vegetables, and it can be used not only for Western-style dishes, but also for all kinds of dishes.
[Caution] Adjust the amount of water and other seasonings for each dish. Be careful not to add too much as it will be too salty.
