Agodashi de cheese fondue style
[Ingredients (3-4 people)]
■Milk…200mL
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents) … 1 bag(s)
■ Wheat flour…2 teaspoons
■ Cheese ... 200g
■Pepper…as you like
■ Garlic…1 clove
■ Mini tomato ... Appropriate amount
A sausage...appropriate amount
A Asparagus ... Appropriate amount
A sweet potato…appropriate amount
A Carrots...appropriate amount
*You can use any ingredients you like!
It's also delicious with bread!

[How to make]
① Cut A into bite-sized pieces and boil each.
② Grate the garlic. (Or mince.)
③Put milk and ② into a pot, heat until the garlic flavor comes out, then add the contents of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish.
④ When ③ comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and add the flour and mix.
*Flour is added for thickening.
⑤ When ④ is thickened, add cheese little by little and mix well.
⑥ Put ⑤ in a bowl, and place ① and cherry tomatoes on a plate.
*Sprinkle pepper on top of the cheese sauce if you like.
⑦ Eat while dipping vegetables in cheese sauce.
