[How to make]
① Cut the thinly sliced beef into bite-sized pieces.Shred the ginger and cut the burdock into scallops.
② Put A and the contents of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish into a pan and heat. When it boils, add ① and simmer until the resulting broth is about 1/3 of the pot's contents.
③Place the rice in a bowl, add 1/2 of the beef shigureni, and it's done.
