Hot turnip and paprika salad

■ Turnip ... 2 pieces
■ Paprika (red) ... 1/2 pieces
■ Paprika (orange) ... 1/2 pieces
■Olive oil…1 tablespoon
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents) … 1 bag(s)
[How to make]
①Cut the turnip into 1 equal pieces, leaving 8 cm of the stem part and leaving the skin on.
② Use 1 leaf and cut it into 3 cm width. Chop the paprika into bite-sized chunks.
③Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the turnips over medium heat. When the turnips are coated with olive oil, add paprika, sprinkle with the contents of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, and stir-fry over high heat.
④ When the turnip becomes translucent, turn off the heat and serve in a bowl.
