■Onion…1/4 piece

■Sake/mirin…2 tablespoons each

■ Salad oil ... 1 tablespoon

■Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents)…1/2 bag

■ White onion ... 1

 

① Add the chopped onion and contents of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish to the ground beef and mix roughly.

② Heat salad oil in a frying pan, divide ① into 4 pieces and fry. Before baking, add white onions cut into 3cm widths, add sake and mirin mixture and stir-fry.
