Boiled Pork Spareribs with Salt

■ Pork spare ribs…6 pieces
■Water…400mL
■Alcohol…30mL
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…1 bag
■ Salt… 1/2 teaspoon
■Grey-haired green onion...as you like
[How to make]
① Add pork spareribs, water, sake, Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, and salt to a pressure cooker and bring to a boil. Remove any scum that appears, cover, and pressurize. (Pressure is applied for 15 minutes, then decompressed after being left to stand naturally.)
② After depressurizing, remove the lid and simmer until the juice is half.
③ Arrange in a bowl and garnish with green onions if you like.
* Instead of using a pressure cooker, you can cover the pot with a lid (with a lid) and simmer over low heat for 25-30 minutes.
