Oven roasted whole onion
[Ingredients (4 serving(s)]
■Onion…4 pieces
■ Bacon ... 1 pieces
■ Garlic…1 clove
A Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents)…1 bag
A grated cheese ... 4 tbsp
A Melted butter ... 20g
■Coarsely ground black pepper...as per your preference
■ Chopped parsley ... as you like
[How to make]
① Preheat the oven to 200℃.
② Chop the bacon finely, grate the garlic and put it in a bowl. Add A and mix.
③ Cut the onion into 8 equal pieces, leaving the skin on, and place on aluminum foil (large enough to wrap the onion). Spread ② on the onion slices. Wrap the onions tightly in aluminum foil, place in a heat-resistant container, and bake in a 200℃ oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
④ Once baked, sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper and chopped parsley to your liking and enjoy!
