Light Clam Soup

■ clams ... 8 pieces
■Water…600mL
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…1 bag
■ Temari-fu … a little
■ Mitsuba ... a little
[How to make]
① Remove the sand from the clams, rub the shells together and wash them thoroughly.
②Pour water, Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, and the clams from ① into a pot, heat, and when the clams open, add the tamarifu. (Remove the scum frequently.) Bring to a gentle boil, then serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped mitsuba.
