Minced radish sauce
[Ingredients (4 serving(s)]
■Radish…1/2 radish (800g)
■Minced chicken…100g
■ Ginger (grated) ... a little
■ Salad oil ... 1 tablespoon
Green onions (cut into small pieces)…as desired
A water…400mL
A Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…1 bags
B sugar ... 1 tbsp
B light soy sauce... 1 tbsp
B mirin ... 1 tbsp
■Potato starch dissolved in water…Appropriate amount
[How to make]
① Cut the daikon radish into 2 cm width, peel it thickly, and insert a hidden knife in the cross.
② Heat oil in a pot and stir fry ginger and ground chicken.
③Put the radish from A and ① into the pot from ②, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Season with B and simmer for another 15 minutes.
④ When the radish has a taste, thicken it with water-soluble potato starch. Sprinkle green onions to your liking and it's done.
