Boiled sweet potato and wheat gluten
[Materials (easy-to-make amount)]
■Sweet potato…400g (1 large)
Wheat gluten (grilled gluten)…20g
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents) … 1 bag(s)
■Water…600mL
[Preparation]
①Cut the sweet potato into thick ginkgo slices and soak in water (not listed).
② Reconstitute the wheat gluten with water (about 2 minutes) and squeeze.
[How to make]
①Put the drained sweet potato, water, and Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish in a pot and heat.
② When the sweet potato is 80% boiled, add the reconstituted wheat gluten and simmer over medium heat.
③ Stop the fire early considering residual heat. *Be careful not to boil it down.
