■ Chicken thigh meat ... 2 pieces
■Potatoes…3 pieces
■ Long green onion ... 2 piece
■ Garlic (finely chopped)…2 piece
■ Lemon (sliced ​​into rounds) ... 4 slices
■Black pepper…a little
■ Salad oil ... 1 tablespoon
■ Frying oil…appropriate amount

A lemon juice ... 1 tbsp
A honey ... 1 tbsp
A light soy sauce... 1 tbsp
A white wine ... tablespoon

[How to make]
① Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks, and deep-fry them.
② Cut the green onion into 3 to 4 cm width.
③ Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
④Heat the salad oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and stir-fry.When the aroma comes out, add the chicken thighs from ③ and fry until browned on both sides, then remove to a plate.
⑤Add the green onions from ② to the frying pan from ④ and fry until softened. Add the chicken thighs from ④, the potatoes from ①, and the seasoning mixture from A to this, and evaporate the water while stirring. Place lemon slices on top, cover and steam-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Finish by sprinkling with black pepper.
