Mentaiko and squid monjayaki

■Water…800mL
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…1 bag
■ Worcestershire sauce ... 2 tablespoons
■ Flour…80g
■ Cabbage…300g
■ Squid…150g
■Mentaiko…50g
■ Tenkasu … 20g
■ Sakura shrimp…10g
■ Ramen snack…18g
■ Red ginger (finely chopped) ... 1 tbsp
■ Salad oil ... 1 tablespoon
[How to make]
①Pour water and Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish into a pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove the dashi pack and let it cool.
② Shred the cabbage. Cut the squid into thin slices. Roughly chop the mentaiko.
③ Add flour, ①, and Worcestershire sauce to a bowl and mix. Add ②, tenkasu, cherry shrimp, ramen snacks, and pickled ginger to this and mix.
④ Heat up a hot plate and apply salad oil. Leaving the dough from ③ behind, place the filling on top to form a donut-like bank. Pour the batter into the center of the bank, cover and bake for about 3 minutes. Mix the bank and dough and it's ready to eat in 2-3 minutes (^^) The charred rice is delicious~♪
