Salt Butter Ramen

■Water…700mL
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…2 bag
■ Salt... 1 teaspoon
■ Garlic…1 clove
■Carrot…1/4 piece
■Onion…1/4 piece
■ Bean sprouts…60g
■ Whole corn…30g
■Minced pork…50g
■ Sesame oil ... 1 tablespoon
■Salt and pepper…appropriate amount
■Chinese noodles…2 bags
■ Butter…20g
■ Ingredients of your choice (chopped scallions, char siu pork, boiled eggs, etc.)…appropriate amount
[How to make]
①Pour water and Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish into a pot, heat, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for about 3 minutes, then remove the dashi pack and season with salt.
② Finely chop the garlic. Dice the carrots and thinly slice the onion.
③ Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add garlic and stir-fry. When the aroma comes out, add minced pork and stir-fry until cooked through. Add carrots and onions to this, stir-fry briefly, then add bean sprouts and whole corn and season with salt and pepper.
④ Boil the Chinese noodles in plenty of hot water for the time indicated on the label and place in a bowl. Garnish with your favorite toppings such as the soup from ①, butter, and chopped green onions.
