Fried rice with crab sauce

《Crab paste》
■ Crab meat
(Canned crab or even crab can be substituted)…80g
■Water…400mL
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…1 bag
■ Soy sauce... 1 tablespoon
■ Sake…1 tbsp
■ Mirin…1 tbsp
■ Potato starch dissolved in water…2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons potato starch
[How to make]
① Finely chop the chashu. Cut the green onions into small pieces. Beat the eggs.
②Pour salad oil into a frying pan, add eggs and fry lightly. Add chashu pork, green onions (reserve a small amount for garnishing), and rice and stir fry again. Add the contents of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish for seasoning and mix. Add sesame oil for flavor, stir-fry quickly, and serve in a bowl.
③Pour water and Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish into a pot, heat, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 3 minutes, then remove the dashi pack. Add soy sauce, sake, mirin, and crab, bring to a boil, then thicken with water-soluble potato starch.
④Pour the crab paste from ③ onto ② and garnish with green onions on top.
