Cold pasta with avocado and shrimp

[How to make]
① Remove the back veins from the shrimp and boil them in boiling water.
②Mash with a masher, leaving 1/2 avocado. Slice the remaining 1/2 avocado thinly and reserve for garnish.
③ Add grated garlic, contents of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, sugar, vinegar, black pepper, and olive oil to the mashed avocado from ② and mix well. Add milk and mix.
④ Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the bag, rinse with cold water, and chill.
⑤Toss ③ with the pasta from ④ and the shrimp from ①, and serve in a bowl. Garnish with the reserved avocado on top and sprinkle with black pepper.
