Chinese steamed rice with bamboo shoots
[Ingredients (for 2 go)]
■ Glutinous rice…2 go
■Water and dried shiitake mushroom juice…300mL
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…2 bag
■ Bamboo shoots (with bitterness removed)…80g
■ Dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked in water)...4
■ Carrots ... 1/3 pieces
■ Pork belly (lump)…100g
■ Quail eggs ... 5 pieces
■ Sugar…1 tsp
■ Sake…1 tbsp
■ Sesame oil ... 1 tablespoon
[How to make]
① Roughly chop the dried shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Cut the carrots into strips. Cut the pork belly into cubes.
② Put the polished glutinous rice, water and rehydrated shiitake mushrooms, Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, ①, quail eggs, sugar, and sake in a rice cooker and cook.
③When ② is cooked, let it steam for about 10 minutes, then remove the dashi pack, add sesame oil and mix.
