■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…4 bag
■ Mushrooms (your choice)…Appropriate amount
■ Chinese cabbage ... 5 to 6 pieces
■Carrot…1/2 piece
■ Bean sprouts…1 bag
■ Chicken thigh...400g

《Mushroom (preferred) example》
 ・Shimeji mushrooms…1
 ・ Bunapi … 1 share
 ・ Maitake mushroom ... 1 strain
 ・ Enoki mushrooms ... 1 strain
 ・ Marbled oyster mushrooms…1
 ・ Mushrooms ... 1 pack (8 to 10 pieces)
 ・ King oyster mushrooms... 2 sticks, etc.

[How to make]
① Chop the Chinese cabbage. (slice up the core as well.) Cut the carrots into round slices of about 1 cm, and hollow them out in the shape of your choice. Cut the king oyster mushrooms into quarters lengthwise. Cut off the stems of the other mushrooms and separate them into florets. (Use whole mushrooms.)
② Cut chicken thighs into large bite-sized pieces.
③ Put water and Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish in a pot and bring to a boil.
④ Add ①, ② and bean sprouts to ③ and simmer until the ingredients are cooked.
