Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish・Heisei shines

Japanese style meatloaf
[Ingredients (4 serving(s)]
■ Mixed minced meat…200g
■Onion…1/2 piece
■ Mixed vegetables…100g
■ Egg ... 1
■ Bread crumbs…20g
■Milk…50mL
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents) … 2 bag(s)
■Pepper…a little
■ Boiled eggs ... 3
■ Vegetables of your choice…Appropriate amount

[How to make]
① Preheat the oven to 200℃.
② Finely chop the onion.
③Put breadcrumbs in a bowl and soak in milk. Add the beaten eggs, ground meat, onion, mixed vegetables, contents of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, and pepper to this and knead until it becomes sticky.
④ Spread aluminum foil on the pound mold and pack ③ half tightly. Line up the boiled eggs on top. Fill the rest of ③ from above and cover with aluminum foil.
⑤ Bake in an oven at 200°C for about 50 minutes. Poke it with a bamboo skewer and it's done when clear broth comes out.
⑥ Cut into 2 cm width and serve with your favorite vegetables.
