■ Chinese chives... 1/2 bunch
■ Garlic (finely chopped)…1/2 clove
■ Ginger (grated) ... a little

■ Salad oil ... a little
■ Minced green onion ... 1 pieces
■ Ramen noodles ... 2 balls
■ Seasoned seaweed ... 4 piece(s)

[How to make]
①Chop the chives into 5mm pieces. Cut all-purpose green onions into small pieces.
②Heat the salad oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, ginger, and chili pepper and stir-fry. When the aroma comes out, add the minced pork, 2/3 of the chives (reserve the remaining chives for topping), the contents of 1 bag of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, Add soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry until the minced pork is heated through.
③ Boil the ramen noodles according to the instructions on the package, drain the water, serve in a bowl, and sprinkle with the contents of the remaining 1 bag of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish.
