Agodashi de Chilled Tomato

■ Tomato ... 2 pieces
■ Dried bonito ・・・ Appropriate amount
■Water...400mL
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish・・・1 bag(s)
■ Lemon juice ... as you like
[How to make]
① Remove the stem of the tomato and insert a hidden knife.
②Pour water and Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish into a pot and bring to a boil.After boiling for 3-4 minutes, remove the dashi pack.
③ Put ① into ②, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
*Occasionally pour the dashi over the tomatoes with a ladle while simmering.
④ Transfer ③ to a bowl and cool well in the refrigerator.
⑤ Sprinkle bonito flakes as you like.
*If you like, you can add lemon juice to make it refreshing and delicious.
*Boil the tomatoes with the skin on. If you are concerned about the skin when eating, we recommend that you peel the tomato.
