Agodashi paella with asparagus
[Ingredients (for 3 go)]
■ Rice…3 go
■Water…650mL
■ Asparagus ... 5 sticks
■ Bacon ... 3 pieces
■ Sausage ... 5 pieces
■Onion…1/2 piece
■Garlic…1 piece
■ Tomatoes ... 1
■ green onion ... 1 piece
■ Sake…3 tbsp
■Olive oil…1 tablespoon
■Pepper…a little
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents) … 3 bag(s)
[How to make]
① Finely chop the garlic and onion. Cut the asparagus into 4cm pieces, the bacon into 3cm pieces, the tomatoes into pieces, and the sausage into diagonal pieces.
② Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic and stir fry until fragrant, then add onions and stir fry. Add tomatoes and rice and stir-fry. When the rice becomes translucent, add water, contents of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, sake, and pepper and mix.
③ Arrange asparagus, bacon, and sausage on top of ②, cover, and heat on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Once cooked, steam for 5 minutes.
④ Sprinkle finely chopped green onions for color.
