Oyster agodashi fritters

■ Oysters…150g
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents) … 1 bag(s)
■ Flour…50g
■Carbonated water…80mL (water is also fine)
■Pepper…a little
■ Frying oil…appropriate amount
■Yuzu...as appropriate
[How to make]
① Wash the oysters to remove dirt, and wipe off the moisture with kitchen paper. Heat the frying oil to medium temperature.
② Add flour, the contents of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, and pepper to a bowl, and mix while adding carbonated water little by little to make a batter.
③ Coat the oysters in the batter of ② and deep-fry them in medium temperature oil.
