Wakame soup

■Water…600mL
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…1 bag
■ Dried wakame seaweed…4g
■ Long green onion ... 1/2
■Salt/pepper…a little
■ Sesame oil ... 1 teaspoon
■White sesame…1 teaspoon
[How to make]
① Cut the green onion into 5 cm wide fine strips.
②Put water and Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish in a pot and heat. When it boils, add the dried wakame seaweed and green onion from ① and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove the dashi pack, season with salt and pepper, and add sesame oil and white sesame seeds.
