Chogetang (shellfish soup)
[Ingredients (4 serving(s)]
■ Clams…300g
■ green onion ... 20g
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish…1 bag
■Water…600mL
■ Red pepper ... 1/2
■Pepper…a little
[How to make]
① Remove the sand from the clams. Cut the green onion into 4 cm wide pieces. Chili peppers are cut into rings.
②Place water, clams, Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish, and chili pepper in a pot and heat over high heat. When it comes to a boil, add the green onions, turn the heat to medium and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, then remove the dashi pack and sprinkle with pepper.
