Stir-fried potato with garlic
[Ingredients (4 serving(s)]
■ Octopus ... 100g
■Potatoes…2 pieces
■Onion…1/2 piece
■ Asparagus ... 4 sticks
■ Garlic…1 clove
■Olive oil…1 tablespoon
■ Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish (contents) … 1 bag(s)
■ Parsley ... a little
 
[How to make]
① Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and boil until soft.
② Remove the strings from the asparagus, cut it diagonally, and boil it briefly.
③ Finely chop the garlic, cut the octopus into pieces, and cut the onion into wedges.
④ Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic and fry until fragrant.
Add potatoes, onions, octopus, and asparagus and stir-fry.
⑤ Once the whole thing is cooked, add the contents of Bonito Soup Stock with Flying Fish and stir fry.
*Add chopped parsley if you like.
